English language students from any country may enter this competition.

The object is to write a review of the novel “English Mirrors: Healing by Degrees”

Criteria:

1) Review must demonstrate insight into characters of the novel

2) Entries should be written in the form of a magazine article

3) Review must be as objective as possible, not necessarily favourable

4) Review must contain a maximum number of 1500 words (240 words per A4 page)

5) Competitors must show understanding of nuance

6) Entry to the competition is validated by proof of purchase of “English Mirrors: Healing by Degrees” (e-format or hardback/paperback)

7) Entries must be on hard copy with entry form (NO E-MAILS will be accepted) to Olga Minois Press, PO Box 65804, LONDON EC1P 1NN

8) Open to those between 15 and 21 years. (Winners will be asked to provide proof of identity.)

Closing date is July 01, 2010

The first prize is UK £3000.00

The second prize is UK £1500.00
